Begs to announce he is instructed to SELL by PUBLIC AUCTION, at the Crown Hotel, Woodbridge, on THURSDAY, the 23rd day of January, 1879. at six for seven o'clock in the evening, by direction of the proprietor,
ALL that substantial brick-built TOWER WINDMILL, with Steam Power, having 5 floors, winds herself, patent sails, driving 3 pair French stones, machinery in excellent working order; also a Post Windmill, short distance from the above, driving two pair French stones, with brick-built round house, and the usual machinery, detached granaries, counting house, engine house, stables, gig house, cartsheds, and piggeries, together with a brick built Dwelling House, arranged with every convenience for a genteel family; miller's cottage adjoining, and another neat cottage upon the premises, the whole comprising an area, according to the tithe survey, of 1a. 0r. 16p., situate in Theatre Street, Woodbridge, in the occupation of Mr. Charles Boby and his under tenants.
