ONE of the best Sections in the, Greytown Settlement, consisting of about 46 acres, a good two-roomed House, Dairy, and Wash-house, and other Buildings. The House and part of the Land clear of the last high flood. There are twelve acres cleared, seven of which are in English grass, and some Fruit Trees. There is every thing requisite on the premises for farming operations, and a new wheat mill, at the option of the purchaser whether he has them or not, at a fair-valuation.
