TONGA-FRIENDLY ISLANDS.
Tonga possesses people of commercial spirit. Mr Winter has imported one of P. N. Russell and Co.'s steam-engines for the purpose of ginning cotton, and Mr Hartshorn has erected a capital windmill for the same object.
