TO BE SOLD, BY AUCTION, By Mr. STIMSON,
At the CROWN INN, in OAKHAM, on Monday the 31st January instant, at three o'clock in the afternoon, subject to such conditions of sale as, will be then produced;
A MOST desirable FREEHOLD and COPYHOLD ESTATE, situated in the North Field, in Oakham, in the county of Rutland, viz.
LOT 1.
A commodious Windmill, adjoining the Canal five stories in height, containing one pair of French Stones 4ft. 4in. and one pair of Grey 5ft. two Cylinders and bolting Mill in full Gear; four large Garners and two round Houses, each capable of storing one hundred quarters of grain over and above the three other floors, with copyhold land adjoining, measuring more or less 0A. 1R. 0P.
LOT 2.
An extensive Granary with workshop or house, and stabling for twelve horses.- Also, a piece of land adjoining Lot 1. and measuring more or less 0A. 0R. 10P.
LOT 3.
A piece or parcel of copyhold land, East of the Canal, containing more or less 1A. 1R. 6P.
LOT 4.
A piece or parcel of copyhold land, East of lot 2, containing more or less 1A. 1R. 30P.
LOT 5.
A piece or parcel of copyhold land, East of lot 4, and opening in the Ashwell Road, an excellent situation, with the advantage of making Bricks, more or less 0A. 3R. 11P.
LOT 6.
A piece or parcel of freehold land, lying South of the road. leading to lots 1, 2, 3, and 4, and opening in the Ashwell Road, measuring more or leas 1A. 0R. 35P
