At the Public-hall, Wisbech, on Friday the 6th day of February, 1891, at 7 o'clock in the Evening, subject to such conditions of sale as will be then produced,
THE undermentioned valuable PROPERTY, namely:- All that well-situated Freehold Brick-built Wind and Steam Mill, known as "The Eight-sail Mill," Lynn-road, Wisbech, with the Granaries, Stables, Cart-sheds, Coal-sheds, Blacksmith's Shop, and other conveniences, together with the substantially Brick-built and Slated Dwelling-house and Bakery, with large Garden belonging thereto, the same being in the occupation of Mr. Joseph Webb and Mr. T. S. Godfrey.
The Wind Mill contains ten floors, and is fitted with five pairs of stones, smut machine, and flour-bolting machine, the sail being with the before-named in good condition.
The Steam Mill, which is comparatively newly-erected, contains Horizontal Engine (about 25-h.p.), Cornish Boiler, 5 Pairs of Stones, Smut Machine, Silk Flour Dressing Machine, Bran Duster, Elevator, &c.
The Dwelling-house contains 5 bed-rooms, drawing-room, dining-room, breakfast-room, kitchen, scullery, pantry, with Garden back and front.
This Property presents an opportunity for purchase seldom to be met with, the whole being situated together and in the most compact manner, its position also giving exceptional facilities for any one to do a large business.
