Brick and Tower Wind-Mill and Dwelling House,
TO BE SOLD BY AUCTION, By GEORGE LEGGE,
At the Crown Inn, in Littleport, on FRIDAY next, Jan. 29, 1858, at Seven o'clock in the Evening, by order of the Mortgagees, under a power of Sale, and subject to such Conditions as will then be produced.
An excellent Brick and Tower WIND-MILL, recently erected, working 2 pair of French Stones, and with all requisite Machinery.
Also a newly-erected Brick and Slate DWELLING-HOUSE, in 2 floors, with 4 rooms in each floor, Stable, Cow-house, and other Outbuildings, Yard, and Garden.
The whole of the Premises are Freehold.
They adjoin the River Ouze, through which a navigation is afforded to Lynn, Ely, Wisbech, Cambridge, and London, and are within a short distance of the Littleport Station on the Lynn and Ely Railway.
