Hearn Bay, Kent.- Valuable Freehold Farm, Land Tax Redeemed.- By WINSTANLEY and SONS, at the Mart, on TUESDAY, the 31st instant, at Twelve o'Clock, by order of the Devisee in Trust of the late Mr. Thomas Ashbee, unless previously disposed of by Private Contract,
All that highly valuable FREEHOLD FARM, desirably situate at Beltinge-green, in the parishes of Hearn and Reculver, in the county of Kent, and comprising one hundred and ninety acres, more or less, of very deep and fertile arable and pasture land, lying well together, with good family residence, two small farm houses, windmill, chaise house, three barns, stables, granary, and other requisite outbuildings, late in Mr. Ashbee's occupation. This property adjoins that improving watering place, Hearn Bay (from which corn is shipped every week for the London market), and it must, from the erection of the pier and other extensive improvements now carrying on there, become exceedingly valuable. There is a frontage to the sea of at least half a mile, admirably adapted for the erection of villas, commanding views of great beauty, and the estate abounds with brick earth. Immediate possession may be had.
To be viewed on application to Mr. Ashbee, Love-street, Hearn, near Canterbury, of whom printed particulars may be had. Particulars also at the principal Inns in East Kent; of Mr. Pett, Bury-court, Cliffe, near Rochester; of Mr. Plummer, Solicitor, Canterbury; of Messrs. Nethersole and Barron, Solicitors, 15, Essex-street, Strand, London; at the place of sale; and of Winstanley and Sons, Paternoster-row, London, where maps of the estate may be seen.
