Enfield Garden Centre: crude smock - Crude, rectangular box structure, with motorized "sails"

The garden centre was opened in 1977 by Cramphorns, who were long established millers and seed merchants from Chelmsford. The mock mill supposedly encloses an ex-RAF water tower. In 1987 Cramphorns held an "In Praise of Windmills" day, with various windmill themed activities at the garden centre, including a post box that offered a special event postmark.
