Windmill - It was reported that despite offers to assist the allotment holder with repairs, the windmill was in poor condition and during the high winds last winter piece fell off. Allotment Representatives wished the Town Council to repair and maintain the windmill as it was a local landmark. They advised that a number of allotment holders were willing to assist with any necessary repairs. The Clerk was asked to organise a structural survey on the windmill to determine its viability.

It has been recommended that the Windmill is in bad repair and needs attention. The Clerk is to obtain a report and the costs for demolition of the windmill.
