Marcoli Mill: tower mill

Planning permission granted in April 2014, so I assume built soon after. The design brief states

[The client] wanted the new dwelling to resemble a converted Mill and this has been achieved with the appearance of a converted Mill having additions to the west.

The "mill" part replicates a 3 story flat roofed brick tower, with all door/windows vertically aligned.
