Tulleys Tulip Fest: - a shed like building, with motorized sails

As far as I can tell, the original Tulleys tulip site, but only by a couple of years at most, so started about 2022. As well as this main mock windmill, there appear to be other mock mills on the site, including a red one, one in the food court, and I've seen a photo of one surrounded by a pond. It's possible that some of these are temporary, and do not appear each time the tulip festival happens.
