Millennium Mill: tower mill - never built

The Millennium Mill was designed, but never built, as part of the proposal put forward for the Occombe Heritage Farm. Its design showed a similar appearance to mills that were operating in Devon in the late 19th century, with some modern touches such as computer-controlled variations in sail area according to wind strength, designed by Richard Dryden.
