TO MILLERS, MILLWRIGHTS, AND OTHERS.
To be SOLD by AUCTION, by Messrs. CHESSHIRE and SON, on Wednesday next the 17th of January, upon the premises at Birmingham Heath, near to Biddle's Glass House, in consequence of the Land being required for the New Workhouse - a six-horse power STEAM-ENGINE, with Boiler, driving one pair of stones and other machinery; a WINDMILL, built with English oak, driving two pairs of stones, Machinery, Building Materials, and other effects; to be particularized in the hand-bills.
The sale to commence at eleven o'clock.

To be Sold to the best Bidder, at the House of John Wood, at the Sign of the Woolpack in the Corn-Market, Wolverhampton, on Tuesday the 5th Day of February next, between the Hours of Three and Six o'Clock in the Evening, A new erected large compleat Freehold Windmill (with a Lease of a Piece of Land adjoining, situate at the Four Ashes in Wolverhampton in the County of Stafford,) with all the Appurtenances thereto belonging, particularly a small Dwelling, a two Stall Stable, with a Hay-loft, and an excellent Pigsty built all with Brick, sufficient to keep twenty Pigs, and now let at the yearly Rent of Forty Pounds, the same is capable of grinding and dressing as much Corn as any Windmill in England. - The Miller will shew the Premises. For further Particulars enquire of Mr. Thomas Pitt in Lichfield-Street, in Wolverhampton aforesaid.

To be Let, and may be entered upon immediately, a strong powerful WIND-MILL, with two Pair of exceeding good Mill-stones therein (one Pair of French and the other Welch) with House, Stable, &c. and also about two Acres of exceeding rich Land thereunto belonging, situate within one Mile of Wolverhampton, near the Turnpike Road leading from Wolverhampton to Stourbridge.- For Particulars enquire of Mary Richards, adjoining the Premises.
