The windmill may at one time have been capable of pumping, but from an early period a gasolene engine was
present, and the last sails on the building were certainly not workable (and even they seem to have been
missing for a few years).

so this is a catch all entry for them for the moment.
These peaked at 320 bakeries and outlets, three coffee shops, plus a drive-in restaurant.
Major locations for these were Los Angeles and Seattle.
