Thoroughly Ancient Mill - Traditional production at Mapledurham
The July issue of the
Berkshire Living magazine contains an article on
Mapledurham watermill. The article majors on flour production - after all
this is a working mill, and mentions the
Patisserie Franco Belge in Henley
which is a regular customer. There's also a taste test, comparing bread made with the mill's flour compared to bread
made with a shop bought wholemeal flour.
