Nigel Freeman has posted a
photo of Argos Hill windmill, taken today, to the geograph site.
In fact you cant see any of the windmill - it is entirely covered in scaffolding, and protected under tarpaulins.
As Nigel notes, the mill is currently on English Heritage's list of buildings at risk.
