Flowerdew Hundred windmill for sale

Flowerdew Hundred is a historic plantation in Virginia, USA, that was the site of the first known windmill in the US colonies. To commemorate this, a working copy of a post mill was constructed in 1977-8.

However the plantation is no longer open to the public, having closed in October 2007, and the current owners are looking to sell on the windmill, so that it can be relocated to another institution where it can remain accessible to the public.
