Gardeners World 2025 episode 20
that aired on 8th August 2025, featured the story of Steve and Pippa Temple, and their garden containing Impington windmill.
The couple bought the property in 1999, and whilst Pippa set to transforming the garden from an abandonned wasteland,
Steve has been restoring the mill, using his background as an inventor to allow him to do much of the design and work himself.
The programme carried the emotional news that Steve has been been diagnosed with a terminal cancer.
