Barking Heritage Mural 🌍

The Barking Heritage Mural was created by Jake Attewell in 2021, on the gable wall of the McDonald's at 41 East Street, Barking. The design represents Barking's Lost Heritage, and received funding from The National Lottery Heritage Fund. It shows the Wellington windmill, as well as Barking Quay, Barking Abbey, the bascule bridge, and buildings from the street it is painted on.
