NOTICE is hereby given that the Business lately carried on by us, in copartnership, under the Firm of DeBourbel and Willes, as Millers, at the Kaiapoi and Ravenswood Mills, will in future be carried on by Messieurs William Stonyer and Bennett Clarke, by whom all liabilities of the firm of DeBourbel and Willes will be discharged, and all assets received. Should the offers, however, for the above not be of a satisfactory character, the Estate will be offered as follows:

No. 2.—The Mandeville Mill, with about 70 Acres of Land adjoining, with right-of-way to both the Great North and Rangiora roads.
No. 3.—The Block containing about 200 Acres, mostly covered with Flax, on the North Boundary, fronting on the Great North road.
No. 4.—The Home Farm, with House, Dairy, Stables, &c., and Cottage, Grounds, Plantation, and Orchard, with 800 Acres of Very Superior Land.
Nos. 5, 6, and 7. —These lots will be offered in Allotments from 21 to 4 Acres each, adjoining Woodend and Waikuko.

The estate known as Ravenswood with run of 1210 acres, the Ravenswood and Mandeville mills, two cottages, house, and home farm, with 1107 acres of land, near Kaiapoi, was sold yesterday by Messrs R. Walton and Co. for £22,000.
