ROBERT CAMERON begs to intimate to the Public, that having made considerable additions to the machinery of his Mill, he is prepared to grind Wheat on very reasonable terms. Orders left with R. Donaldson, Molesworth Street, or at the Mill, will be punctually attended to, Ngahauranga Mill, August 11, 1852.

BY ORDER OF THE MORTGAGEE. MESSERS. SMITH & CO., Have received instructions to sell at their Auction Rooms, Lambton Quay, on WEDNESDAY, the 2nd February, 1859, by Order of the Mortgagee.
THAT valuable Leasehold Property, situated at Ngahauranga now in the occupation of Mr. Robert Cameron. Miller, consisting of Three Acres of Land, or thereabouts, held under a Lease of 21 years, commencing 1st day of September, 1850, at the low rental of £20.
Together with the Mill, Water Wheel, and Machinery; also, the Dwelling House, Stable, and Buildings adjacent.
Terms — £25 per cent. cash, the remainder by approved Bills at 3, 6, and 9 months.
Further particulars may be obtained of the Auctioneer's, or at the office of Mr. Bunny, Solicitor, Manners-street. 14th January, 1859.

NGAHAURANGA FLOUR MILL FOR SALE. FOR Sale the FLOUR MILL at Ngahauranga, at present in the occupation of Mr. A. Renall, and is in excellent working order. Possession can be given immediately. For terms and other particulars, apply to WILLIAM HICKSON & CO.
