Our Roxburgh correspondent writes: Thomas Rickard, manager of Mr M'Gill's mill at Moa Flat, died on Monday night. He had been suffering from the grippe, followed by bronchitis. He was universally liked and esteemed, and will be sorely missed, not only by his friends but by the district.
