T. PREECE has received instructions to sell by auction, on Tuesday next, on the premises, LOWER LINCOLN ROAD, All that Valuable Property known as the BRITANNIA STEAM FLOUR MILL, Together with the Working Plant, Viz.:— Portable steam engine, Two pairs French burr mill stones, &c.
There is also a DWELLING HOUSE, Shop, Bakery, and outbuildings, and an Acre of excellent Land.
The proximity of the above property to the city of Christchurch renders it one of the most valuable investments in the market.
After the above will be sold a quantity of FLOUR SHARPS, BRAN, &c., &c.
