Mr. W. Tonks has just erected in a block of brick buildings at the corner of Dixon and Herbert streets a complete flour mill plant, The machinery comprises four pairs of French Burr stones, rollers, wheat cleaners, and flour dressers, all of the latest American patents. Steam power is used. This new industry should prove a success.
