DESTRUCTION OF A CORN MILL BY FIRE.- The corn windmill at Cockerham, the property of the lords of the manor, and occupied by Mr. Thomas Danson, was destroyed by fire, on Wednesday night. The fire is attributed to the effect of the friction of some parts of the gearing. The total damage is estimated at 2,000l.-Lancaster Guardian.
