Stansted windmill appeals to local community for funding

Stansted windmill, Essex is in need of refurbisment to the tune of £70,000, and the local councillor who is leading the fund raising efforts is appealing to local residents for support. Other funding avenues are being pursued, but there is a need to demonstrate that local support is also in place.
