Leeds windmill hotel changes hands
The 105 bedroom hotel in Leeds, currently known as the Ramada Jarvis Leeds North Hotel, which is based around the
remains of Whin Moor windmill,
has been bought for £7.26m.
The old owners were London-based Morley Fund Management, and the new ones are Manchester-based Blair Estates.
Whether the change in ownership will result in a change in name for the hotel is unclear.
