Slow progress on Murphy windmill reconstruction

Work on the reconstruction of the Murphy windmill in Golden Gate Park seems to have slowed down, or perhaps even come to a complete stop. Thanks to Johan Bastiaens who sent me these photos that he took on 20th Feb 2010, there does not seem to have been any visible progress since the scaffolding went up around the old base in June 2008. His pictures also capture the billboard which shows the original construction photo of the mill in 1905.
