Two windmills that didn't open for National Mills Weekend

In a slightly worrying trend, I am aware of two mills that had planned to open for National Mills Weekend, but which at the last minute had to cancel their opening, citing in effect "health and safety" as the reason. I'm sure that this caused disappointment to visitors, and I hope that the problems can be sorted out, (which may just be a case of someone applying a bit of common sense to the matter), so that the mills can open as planned for other open days later in the year.
