Progress report from Brixton windmill

The Friends of Windmill Gardens have made some good progress since they were formed recently. The council has demolished the derelict building that was making the site a real mess, and (as owners of the mill) have come up with the cash to employ a support worker.

Future events include a fundraising gig at the Windmill pub on 9th/10th August, and a Windmill Festival in Windmill Gardens on 7th September.
