TO MILLERS, BAKERS, AND OTHERS.
Freehold Estate-Glatton, Huntingdonshire.
TO BE SOLD BY AUCTION,
At the George inn, Stilton, on Tuesday the 18th day of January 1814, between the hours of 3 and 5 o'clock in the afternoon, subject to such conditions of sale as will be then produced:
All that capital, old-established POST WINDMILL, advantageously situated in Glatton aforesaid, and well accustomed in the bag-work, with two pair of stones, and bolting-mill.
Also, all that newly-erected Messuage or Tenement, Bakehouse, and outbuildings, with the Garden and one acre and an half of Land, (more or less,) adjoining the above-mentioned mill.
Immediate possession may be had of all the premises, which are now in the occupation of Mr. Thomas Johnson, of Glatton, the proprietor, who will shew the same.
Further particulars may, be known, on application to Mr. Descon, attorney-at-law, Stilton.
